高效钙钛矿太阳电池的研究进展

Research progresses on the high efficient perovskite solar cells

  • 摘要: 具有钙钛矿结构的新型光吸收材料CH3NH3PbX3被引入染料敏化太阳电池体系以后,电池效率取得重大突破,引发了科学界对钙钛矿太阳电池研究的极大兴趣。目前,为了进一步提高这种钙钛矿太阳电池的效率和深入理解其工作机理,太阳电池研究者们正在不断地工作和探索。文章简述了钙钛矿型化合物的基本性质,回溯了这种新型太阳电池的效率提升直至突破15%的研究历史,介绍了近期这一领域国内外研究组的一些重要工作,并对这种高效新型钙钛矿太阳电池的未来发展进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Recently, a new type of light absorption material CH3NH3PbX3 with a perovskite structure has made its debut in the series of dye-sensitized solar cell systems, and has attracted great attention due to the resultant high increase in conversion efficiency. To understand the mechanism behind this and to attain even better performance, researchers have focused on almost all aspects of the perovskite solar cells. In this article, the basic properties of perovskite compounds,the history of their use in solar cells including their role in raising the conversion efficiency to beyond 15%, and recent important progresses in this field are briefly reviewed. The future prospects of perovskite solar cells are also discussed.
