高灵敏磁传感器:从经典到量子传感

High sensitivity magnetic sensors:from classical to quantum sensing

  • 摘要: 从古代就用于导航的指南针和罗盘,到地球物理勘探中磁场异常探测,到心、脑磁图中捕捉的生物电活动磁信号,再到物质微观结构与宏观物理现象研究,磁测量的精度直接决定了相关科学发现的深度与技术应用的广度。高灵敏磁传感器是磁测量器件的核心,其精度已成为磁传感技术发展的核心驱动力与关键评判标准。文章对各种高灵敏度磁传感器进行了梳理总结,以期对磁传感器在不同领域的应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: From the compasses used for navigation since ancient times, to the detection of magnetic anomalies in geophysical exploration, then to the capture of magnetic signals generated by bioelectrical activity in magnetocardiography and magnetoencephalography, and further to the study of the microscopic structure of matter and macroscopic physical phenomena, the precision of magnetic measurement directly determines the depth of related scientific discoveries and the breadth of technological applications. High-sensitivity sensors are the key issue for the accuracy and development of magnetic sensing technology. This article summarizes the different high-sensitivity magnetic sensors for use in a variety of applications.
