基于新材料体系的中红外光电探测器

Mid-infrared photodetectors based on novel material systems

  • 摘要: 中红外光电探测器作为现代光电技术的重要组成部分,在工业检测、航天遥感和国防军事等领域发挥着至关重要的作用。红外探测技术的应用始于二战期间,并历经了四代的发展。文章对中红外光电探测器的发展历史、当前应用的主要类型、未来发展方向等方面内容进行讨论,着重介绍基于拓扑材料、二维材料及其异质结等新型材料体系的中红外波段光电探测器的研究探索,以及利用超表面等结构增强探测器性能并开发新的光参量探测器方面的进展,最后探讨人工智能技术的应用为红外探测器的智能化发展提供的新机遇。中红外光电探测器技术正在快速发展,新型材料和新结构的引入,以及人工智能技术的融合,将为这一领域带来新的变革,未来将满足各领域对高性能、低功耗、小型化红外探测器的需求。

     

    Abstract: Mid-infrared (mid-IR) photodetectors are a crucial component of modern optoelectronic technology, and play a vital role in industrial inspection, aerospace remote sensing, and national defense. The application of infrared detection began during World War II and has undergone four generations of development. This paper discusses the historical development and main types of mid-IR detectors currently in use, as well as future growth directions. This technology is in a stage of rapid development; new materials such as topological materials, two-dimensional materials and heterojunctions are being explored, while metasurfaces and other structures have enhanced detector performance and are being exploited to develop new optical parametric detectors. Furthermore, the integration of artificial intelligence into this field has opened up new opportunities for its development, and will bring new changes that can meet the needs of various sectors for high-performance, low-power, and miniaturized infrared detectors.
