  • 摘要: 短波长(蓝光)磁光存储、磁光超分辨近场结构光存储(Super-RENS)、混合记录技术是近年来发展起来的超大容量磁光存储技术,文章介绍了这些技术用于超高密度磁光存储的原理,并对其研究现状及发展前景作了全面综述.

     

    Abstract: Short wavelength magneto-optical, magneto-optical super resolution near-field structure and hybrid recording are three possible means to obtain super-high storage density. We present a comprehensive review of the principles, recent progress and future prospects of these technologies.
