摘要: 利用时间相关单光子计数系统测量和比较了正常细胞和癌细胞的荧光光谱和荧光寿命特性,并利用同样的方法测量了单一细胞内不同部位的荧光寿命特性,其结果可作为癌症诊断的重要依据.Abstract: The fluorescence spectra and decay characteristics of normal and cancerous cells are measured and compared using a timecorrelated singlephoton counting system.Furthermore,the measurement of fluorescence decay characteristics at different locations inside the cells is performed by the same method.The results obtained can be used as an important basis for cancer diagnosis.
