Abstract: Based on the analysis of the disadvantage of the present college physics material library， under the conception of Object Oriented Programming(OOP) in computer programming， a new design for establishing college physics contribute material library for teaching was put forward. By this material library， a teacher can make his(or her) class being imaginal and more effectively with his(or her) own teaching thought.
