Abstract: Liquid foam is a dense random packing of gas bubbles in a small amount of surfactant liquid that exists within gas/liquid interfaces, has well-organized structures, and behaves as a typical form of soft condensed matter. We present a brief introduction to the liquid foam structure hierarchy and its stability.
